Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel Dillard, referred to
professionally as Flo Rida is an American performer, rapper, songwriter and
composer from Carol City, Florida. The 2008 track "Low" reached
number one for 10 consecutive weeks in the United States. It also broke the record
for digital downloading sales in the year at hand. The debut album of Flo Rida
in 2008's Mail on Sunday reached number four in the United States. R.O.O.T.S.
succeeded the album in 2008. His subsequent albums, the 2010's Only One Flo
Part 1 and 2012's Wild Ones charted on US Billboard 200 charts. Flo Rida is
among the most popular artists with more than 80 million records around the
world. The songs that have been his biggest hits internationally include
"Right Round", Club Can't Handle Me", Good Feeling", Wild
Ones", Whistle", I Cry" and "Wild Ones". ",
"My House" Mail on Sunday, Flo Rida's debut album was released in
March 2008. The first single from the album was "Low" which featured
T-Pain, which was also included in the soundtrack to the film Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low" made it to the top spot at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot
100 chart. "Elevator" features Timbaland as well as "In the
Ayer," featuring will.i.am and will.i.am, were followed by
"Roll" featuring Sean Kingston. Both charted on the Hot 100 as well.
Mail hosted special guests on Sunday. Timbaland is featured on the track as
well. He also produced the single's second, "Elevator". Rick Ross,
Trey Songz and Trey also appeared. Lil Wayne appeared on the track
"American Superstar" and Sean Kingston appeared on the J. R.
Rotem-produced "Roll" that was co-written by Compton rapper Spitfiya.
Other guests included Birdman, Brisco, and Yung Joc. "Money Right",
featuring Brisco and Rick Ross, was scheduled to be the fourth single, but this
was canceled due to the upcoming release of Flo Rida's second studio album,
R.O.O.T.S. His second collaboration with T-Pain "I Bet", as well as
the collaboration with Trina called "Bout It", both did not make the
final track list However, they were recorded.
